Overview As a Marketing Assistant, you will create raving fans by supporting the branch sales staff with excellent customer service, innovative products and cutting‑edge technology. Additionally, eligible employees may apply for job openings through PRMG's internal and external job portal to request a transfer to a different department or position.Responsibilities Provide support and assistance to Branch Manager and assigned sales staff in support of marketing effortsPrior to distribution, Corporate Marketing and Legal/Compliance Department must approve all marketing materialServe as the point of contact between the National Marketing Department and the BranchAutomated Marketing Program (AMP) – Utilize material within the AMPLIFLY and LAUNCH systems on behalf of the branch or loan officers on a regular basis Training must be completed by the Marketing Assistant to efficiently complete duties.If additional material is needed beyond what is available in AMP, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for creating the material and submitting it to the National Marketing Department for brand and compliance approvalMaintenance of Branch Social Network Platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (Social Media Director will provide access to Branch Facebook page after signing the Facebook Editor Agreement) Audience building and replying to direct messages and accepting friends/followers.Promote corporate social media posts on Branch and LO pages.Use content from AMPLIFLY to share on social media platforms.Monitor sites and delete spam.Set auto‑posts as needed.Coordinate and manage local branch events on behalf of the Branch or Loan Officer, including Lunch and LearnsTradeshowsQualifications One year minimum of mortgage and/or marketing experienceSocial media experienceExperience working in a fast‑paced team environmentTop‑of‑mind preferred CRM experienceStrong written and verbal interpersonal‑communication and business‑relationship skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational and follow‑through skillsTechnologically proficient in Microsoft applicationsMin USD $18.00/Hr.
