Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: 1750 N Vine Street Hollywood Los Angles, California(Onsite)
Duration:  6+ Months Contract
Pay rate- $20-$22/hour on W2

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies, focusing on customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Own and manage the email and SMS campaign calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize for better results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Label, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Provide reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Leverage data to enhance fan engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–5 years of experience in email/CRM marketing, ideally within music, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of email and SMS best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, compliance, and journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Passion for hip-hop and R&B music.
  • Experience with ESP platforms (Attentive is a plus) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign).
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
