With almost one hundred locations nationwide, we are expanding our marketing team to drive future growth. This is a full-time, in-office role with benefits. Our marketing team both develops national brand content as well as supports our local franchise owners. The Marketing Assistant will work with our fast-paced team to support key initiatives for our brand.Job LocationJob PurposeCollaborate with the Marketing Team to support our brand, franchise offices and other departments as we grow our national footprint.Reporting Relationship and Organizational ImpactThis role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and works with the marketing team and franchisees to drive execution and results.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport digital initiatives including email campaigns and office set up, website updates and social media needsAssist with event planning including our national conference event.Assist with our national Swag program, quarterly marketing boxes and new hire kitsManage our annual System Awards process including awards details, ordering and presentation deckMaintain presentation decks for internal and external use to ensure brand standards and refresh as needed.Build, test and launch weekly systemwide communicationsAssist team with various processes for new office openings including signage and collateral kitsHelp to maintain highly responsive support for franchisee requests and inquiriesManage the process to create our annual Almanac including partnering with departments on updates, working with our printer, system communications, etc.Manage the process to create our annual Marketing Guide including collaborating with the team on content ideas and updatesWork in Asana platform to manage projects and workflowAssist with ideas for briefs, campaign ideas and brand marketing assetsManage video catalog and file assetsMaintain the Marketing SharePoint site, package and post campaign assets, Dropbox site and other key platformsSupport the Marketing Team in daily administrative tasks as needed.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldExperience0-2 years of marketing or related experienceKnowledge and SkillsWell-organized and detail-orientedExceptional communication and writing skillsFamiliarity with marketing software preferred (CRM tools, Analytics, etc.)Strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing fieldTime management and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesWorking ConditionsThis position offers a traditional small office environment with light lifting on occasion.CompensationCompensation for this position is commensurate with experience and is exempt from overtime.
