About the Role
The Marketing Assistant supports Account Managers and Directors in delivering a high-quality client experience by upholding service standards and completing reactive and proactive client tasks promptly and professionally.
The main objective as a Marketing Assistant is to meet client and team needs with exceptional turnaround time to ensure we're always providing the best experience possible.

Who You Are And What You Bring
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.
Experience
0-1 year, including internships. Great for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
Skills
Effective organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple client and/or AM requests simultaneously.
Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset. Ability to effectively communicate with sophisticated clientele.
Knowledge in Scorpion's technology suite, which includes Platform, CSX and CMS.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to task management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to correctly delegate tasks to the correct Support team.
Confidently utilize Scorpion technology to answer basic client campaign and account questions

Work Location & Flexibility
Scorpion supports a range of work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, and remote roles.
