Marketing Assistant

Anneta Insurance Solutions, Inc. is a full-service insurance agency with over 30 years of experience specializing in Medicare health plans. With over 25 contracted health carriers in the country, we support highly trained group of brokers with marketing materials and training. Our headquarter is in San Gabriel with field offices throughout southern and northern California.

As an entry-level position, the Marketing Assistant will support the marketing efforts of the agency. Detail-oriented person with excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidate needs to have the ability to deal with multiple projects with a variety of due dates and sizes. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of MS Office; project management tools; good phone skills; mature and responsible individual who can work independently in the office.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage marketing projects, including execution and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Work with web designer to update and maintain company website content.
- Work with graphic designer to create engaging copy for marketing materials, including advertisements, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Bilingual speaker, with Cantonese or Spanish as a second language
