DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of the Director of Leasing and Leasing Manager, Marketing Assistants are responsible for general office, administrative and leasing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnswering the phoneLeasing functions (following up with leads/applicants via leasing software and creating marketing plan)Social Media PostingOn Campus and Off Campus MarketingSorting the office mailScheduling and Completing Tours of CommunityGeneral filingCollects rent, writes receipts and photo copies checks and other materialAssists in all mailingsMaintains log to document vendors working within the buildingMonitors suppliesAssists in auditing the lease files for completenessWorks with the management in the preparation of keys for check-in/check-out/turn aroundOther duties as assigned by managementRequirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Graduate required Business or Trade School preferredKnowledge of or experience working with the latest version of MS Office programs to include Word, Excel and OutlookTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary job duty satisfactorily.
