Marketing Assistant

Location: Baltimore County

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and wants to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, events, and campaign execution.

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in helping execute marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and support day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including content development and distribution.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Help maintain and update website content and marketing databases.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Assist with event planning, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support administrative and organizational tasks within the marketing department.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
