We have an opportunity for a full-time Marketing Associate based in Northbrook, Illinois to support, coordinate, and help manage marketing and advertising campaigns across all F.E. Moran business units. The Chief Marketing Officer will lead strategy and provide oversight, guidance, coaching, and mentoring. This role will help make that strategy move by coordinating the details, tracking deliverables, following up with stakeholders, and supporting high-quality execution across the organization.
About You
- KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, business, advertising, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- EXPERIENCED: 2 to 3 years of marketing, communications, content, social media, advertising, agency coordination, or project coordination experience preferred.
- A COMMUNICATOR: Effective verbal and written communicator who can translate technical service information, project details, and company stories into clear and compelling marketing content.
- ORGANIZED: Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, approvals, and stakeholders while keeping details moving forward.
- A CREATOR: Comfortable supporting content for LinkedIn, website updates, project showcases, email campaigns, sales collateral, company events, and advertising programs.
- COLLABORATIVE: Able to work with business unit leaders, sales teams, operations teams, project teams, field teams, agency partners, and the CMO.
- CURIOUS: Willing to learn F.E. Moran''s services, markets, business units, brand voice, culture, and technical capabilities.
What You''ll Do
- COORDINATE: Act as a key point of contact for marketing projects, outside agencies, internal stakeholders, and business unit marketing needs.
- CREATE: Develop and support brand-specific marketing materials, LinkedIn posts, website content, project showcases, email content, sales collateral, event materials, and advertising inputs.
- EXECUTE: Help coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns across F.E. Moran's full organization, including Fire Protection, HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, Refrigeration, Mechanical Services, Service, Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, Design/Build, Value Engineering, and Plan/Spec capabilities.
- PLAN & PREPARE: Maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, project trackers, meeting agendas, action lists, and approval workflows.
- PRIORITIZE: Manage a variety of marketing projects at different stages of work, including website updates, advertising, company profiles, trade publications, LinkedIn programs, targeted email campaigns, photography, video, customer reviews, recruiting content, and project showcases.
- CONNECT: Work across F.E. Moran's seven specialized businesses to gather inputs, clarify needs, organize assets, and support consistent brand execution.
- SUPPORT DIGITAL MARKETING: Assist with website content, SEO and GEO initiatives, LinkedIn coordination, email marketing, Google Business Profile support, and digital campaign organization.
- MANAGE ASSETS: Organize photos, videos, graphics, project information, logos, templates, collateral, and marketing files so teams can find and use the right materials.
- FOLLOW THROUGH: Track open items, gather feedback, route approvals, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular status updates to the CMO.

- COMPENSATION: Expected salary range of $58,000 to $72,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
