Marketing Associate

Position Overview

ProCare is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Associate to support the growth and community presence of our stand-alone emergency room in Cypress. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual who is eager to build relationships, engage with the community, and assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing multiple projects, and representing a healthcare organization in a professional and positive manner. Previous marketing experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive community engagement and build relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and healthcare providers
• Coordinate and attend marketing events, community outreach programs, and networking activities
• Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and promotional initiatives
• Help manage marketing campaigns and track marketing budgets and expenses
• Support social media efforts, including posting content and community interaction
• Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and outreach communications
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and marketing activity logs
• Work collaboratively with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve community visibility
• Represent the company professionally within the community and at events

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable networking and engaging with the public
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Marketing experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred
• Social media knowledge and skills are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
