East Coast Warehouse Corp. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that support transportation, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations. This role serves as a key partner to Sales and leadership by managing campaigns, overseeing brand strategy, coordinating events, analyzing marketing performance, and driving business development support efforts. The Marketing Specialist will take ownership of marketing projects from concept through execution while helping strengthen the company’s market presence and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote transportation, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain services.
- Manage the company’s social media strategy, content calendar, and digital communications across platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate and oversee company sponsorships, trade shows, conferences, customer events, golf outings, and promotional activities.
- Lead website content updates and collaborate with internal and external partners on website enhancements and SEO initiatives.
- Design and manage digital and print marketing materials aligned with company branding and strategic objectives.
- Partner with Sales leadership to create presentations, proposals, customer-facing materials, case studies, and promotional collateral.
- Manage marketing projects and timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Support business development initiatives through market research, competitive analysis, and lead-generation activities.
- Draft and coordinate press releases, company announcements, and external communications.
- Oversee the company’s marketing asset library, including photos, videos, graphics, templates, and presentations.
- Manage promotional merchandise programs, including vendor relationships, inventory, ordering, and distribution.
- Monitor marketing budgets and track expenses associated with campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all company communications, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints.
- Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team members, interns, or external marketing vendors as needed.???????
