About us: MONTICELLOAM, LLC and its affiliates ("MONTICELLOAM") is a real estate and asset-based lender providing asset management and comprehensive capital solutions for healthcare, multifamily, and commercial real estate assets throughout the US. MONTICELLOAM is seeking leaders and team players who can work in a collaborative environment and possess drive, integrity, creativity, compassion, and a strong work ethic.

About the role: We are hiring a Marketing Associate to support the firm's marketing function across content, campaigns, digital channels, design, and reporting. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who wants to spend their day producing the work, not directing it, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Content production

  • Draft marketing copy across formats: emails, social posts, website pages, white paper sections, one-pagers, ads, press releases, and sales enablement materials.
  • Produce visual assets in Canva, including LinkedIn graphics, social cards, email headers, and presentation collateral.
  • Support video content production, including scripting, coordinating with external production partners, and preparing assets for distribution.
  • Help maintain the firm's editorial calendar and content pipeline.

Campaign execution

  • Build emails, landing pages, lists, and basic workflows in HubSpot under the direction of the Head of Marketing.
  • Schedule and publish content across the firm's channels, including LinkedIn, email, and the website.
  • Tag, organize, and quality-check campaign assets so that everything is consistent with brand standards and ready for distribution.
  • Coordinate with the IR and sales teams to make sure they have the collateral they need when campaigns launch.

Digital channels

  • Manage the firm's day-to-day organic LinkedIn presence, including post scheduling, copy execution, comment monitoring, and engagement tracking.
  • Support LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including audience build-out, creative trafficking, budget pacing, and routine reporting on performance.
  • Help maintain the firm's website and supporting digital properties, flagging accuracy issues and pushing routine content updates.

Reporting and analytics

  • Pull and organize performance data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and LinkedIn analytics into clear, consistent reports.
  • Track campaign performance against the KPIs set for each initiative and flag anything trending off plan.
  • Help with industry benchmarking, gathering and organizing peer-firm activity so the team can compare performance and identify opportunities.

Ad hoc support

  • Support marketing activity for MONTICELLOAM-affiliated ventures where strategic alignment exists.
  • Help with cross-functional projects and ad hoc requests across the organization.

Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of marketing experience
  • Private markets/financial services/real estate experience preferred
  • Strong writing and content creation abilities
  • Ability to research, identify, and tailor messaging to the goals, problems, and considerations of various business ICPs
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to help with day-to-day content creation
  • Proficiency in social media management, particularly LinkedIn
  • Understanding of website content strategy and development
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on a variety of marketing responsibilities
  • A desire to learn and grow within the Real Estate Finance industry complemented by an inquisitive and proactive personality
  • Alignment with the company's mission, values, and growth objectives

The right candidate is a marketing doer: comfortable drafting copy in the morning, designing a LinkedIn graphic in Canva at midday, building a campaign in HubSpot in the afternoon, and pulling performance numbers from Google Analytics before they log off. The seat is meant for someone who is energized by getting things across the finish line and is ready to broaden their toolkit by getting reps across every part of the marketing stack.

Tech stack you will work with

You will operate across the firm's marketing technology stack day to day, including:

  • HubSpot for email campaigns, landing pages, lists, basic workflows, and reporting
  • Canva for graphic design, social assets, and presentation collateral
  • LinkedIn, both organic posting and supporting paid campaigns through LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Analytics for web measurement
  • Claude and other AI tools, used daily for research, drafting, and routine analysis
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as the firm's productivity suite
  • Pipedrive in a supporting capacity for adjacent CRM workflows where applicable
  • Wordpress for website updates and edits

We expect candidates to be hands-on in several of these tools today and demonstrate a clear ability to ramp on the rest quickly.

At Monticello, we believe that finding creative solutions for our clients comes from the collaboration of people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We strive to build an inclusive work environment that celebrates differences and empowers all individuals with opportunities to channel their entrepreneurial spirit. Monticello is an EEO employer.
