Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining IHL's social media accounts to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community growth. Creating original visual and written content tailored specifically to a fast-paced fashion company. Integrating AI content generation tools efficiently into the creative workflow to scale and optimize content output. Photographing products, lifestyle shoots, or behind-the-scenes content to maintain a high-quality visual aesthetic. Maintaining consistent communication with cross-functional teams including Design, Production, and Sales to align marketing efforts with product launches.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and creating content, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry. Strong proficiency in utilizing AI content tools for copywriting, brainstorming, or visual asset generation. Proven ability to produce, shoot, and edit original, high-quality social and digital content. Hands-on photography and video editing skills are a major plus. Highly skilled in creative platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or mobile editing apps). Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a keen eye for fashion trends.
