You will work closely with our sales and leadership teams to support marketing initiatives, promote our communities and available homes, manage our digital presence, and help ensure our brand is represented consistently across every customer touchpoint.Learn more about us: https://www.beechendill.com/What You'll DoYour responsibilities will include:Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for communities, available homes, and new initiativesManage and maintain social media content across relevant platformsCoordinate photography, videography, promotional materials, and other marketing assetsAssist with website updates, including available homes, community information, promotions, and other contentCreate and coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communicationsHelp develop engaging content that highlights our homes, communities, team, and customer experienceSupport advertising efforts across digital, print, and other marketing channelsCoordinate marketing materials for model homes, sales offices, events, and community promotionsWork closely with the sales team to ensure marketing materials and campaigns support current sales prioritiesHelp plan and promote events, grand openings, broker events, and other company initiativesMonitor marketing performance and provide insights on what is working and where improvements can be madeMaintain organized marketing calendars, files, assets, and project timelinesCoordinate with outside vendors, agencies, photographers, printers, and other partners as neededHelp protect and strengthen the Beechen & Dill Homes brand by ensuring consistency across all marketing materialsJump in wherever needed to support a fast-moving, collaborative teamWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who is both creative and highly organized.
