Marketing Automation & Events Intern (HubSpot)

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $22-$28/hr (Depending on experience & education)

About the Role

SprintRay is a leading dental 3D printing company transforming digital dentistry through innovative hardware, materials, and software - including the Pro 2 3D printer and the Midas Digital Press Stereolithography (DPS) system. Our marketing team drives demand through a robust calendar of webinars, conferences, and live events that connect clinicians with our technology. SprintRay's marketing team runs a high-volume calendar of webinars, trade shows, and live events throughout the year. We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy intern to help us build and manage the HubSpot infrastructure - emails, landing pages, and automated workflows - that powers registration, communication, and follow-up for these events. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real experience in marketing automation, not just busywork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and format marketing emails in HubSpot for event promotion, registration confirmations, reminders, and post-event follow-up

  • Create and publish HubSpot landing pages for webinar/event registration, applying existing templates and brand guidelines

  • Build and QA HubSpot workflows to automate event communications (confirmation sequences, reminder cadences, no-show/non-clicker re-engagement, post-event nurture)

  • Support list segmentation and suppression logic to ensure the right contacts receive the right communications (e.g., excluding already-registered contacts)

  • Assist with basic performance tracking (open rates, click rates, registration/attendance numbers) and summarize results

  • Help maintain a shared event calendar and checklist system so nothing falls through the cracks across overlapping events

  • Partner with the marketing team to troubleshoot workflow issues and proofread content for accuracy and brand voice

  • Occasionally support live event logistics as needed (e.g., day-of registration tracking, asset prep)

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail - comfortable following a process precisely and catching errors before they ship

  • Basic familiarity with email marketing or CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a big plus, but not required - we'll train)

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets to manage lists, timelines, and data

  • Good written communication skills; can adapt tone for external (customer-facing) vs. internal audiences

  • Organized and able to juggle multiple concurrent event timelines

  • Interest in marketing automation, MarTech, or B2B/healthcare marketing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Canva or basic design tools

  • Familiarity with GDPR/data privacy basics for contact handling

  • Prior event support or webinar coordination experience

Employment Type

Part Time, ongoing basis
