    • Execute campaigns across Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and CloudPages

    • Develop lead nurturing workflows and always-on programs that reduce manual campaign work

    • Run A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send timing to improve performance

    Audience & Data

    • Create and maintain audience segmentation using Contact Builder and data extensions

    • Write SQL queries to support targeting, data transformations, and campaign logic

    • Maintain data quality, subscriber health, and consent management

    • Support lead routing, campaign triggers, and customer lifecycle segmentation

    Platform Ownership

    • Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud including users, business units, and configuration

    • Build and maintain Automation Studio workflows (imports, exports, scheduled jobs)

    • Support integrations with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems

    • Troubleshoot automation issues, data discrepancies, and platform errors

    Optimization & Reporting

    • Monitor journey and campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities

    • Turn campaign results into clear recommendations for targeting, messaging, and timing

    • Support reporting through Salesforce CRM, CRM Analytics, or Marketing Cloud Intelligence

    • Continuously refine automation programs to improve performance and efficiency

    Collaboration

Partner with marketing teams to translate campaign ideas into scalable automation solutions

    • Work with sales and data teams to align campaigns with pipeline and lifecycle goals

    • Document processes and create repeatable frameworks for campaign execution

    • Train and support marketing users on SFMC best practices

    Education & Experience

    • Applicable Bachelor's Degree required

    • 4+ years of experience required

    • Working knowledge of SQL for segmentation and data management

    • Experience supporting Salesforce CRM integrations (Marketing Cloud Connect preferred)

    • Understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation

    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and data problems quickly

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.

    Nice to Have
