Marketing & Brand Coordinator
Position Summary
RHO Residential is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support branding, creative development, social media management, and marketing operations across a growing multifamily portfolio.
This role will be responsible for the creation and coordination of marketing collateral, signage, digital assets, photography and video shoots, email marketing communications, and social media content. The ideal candidate will serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistency across all property and corporate marketing materials while partnering with vendors, property teams, and internal departments to execute marketing initiatives that enhance the resident experience and strengthen the RHO Residential brand.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Creative Development
Maintain and uphold brand standards across all communities and corporate marketing initiatives.
Design and produce marketing collateral including:
Property brochures
Flyers
Presentation materials
Event signage
Promotional materials
Digital advertisements
Assist with development and ordering of employee business cards, branded stationery, and corporate materials.
Create branded templates and design assets for use by onsite teams and corporate departments.
Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and brand presentation across the portfolio.
Signage & Production Management
Coordinate the design, production, and installation of property signage.
Manage signage projects including:
Monument signs
Directional signage
Leasing banners
Window graphics
Amenity signage
Wayfinding systems
Temporary marketing signage
Serve as liaison between property teams, designers, printers, sign vendors, and installation contractors.
Obtain proposals, manage timelines, review proofs, and coordinate final production.
Conduct periodic audits of property signage to ensure branding standards are maintained.

Vendor Management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of marketing, branding, communications, or creative coordination experience.
Strong graphic design skills preferred:
Adobe Creative Suite
Canva
Microsoft Office
Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
