Position Title:Marketing & Business Development ManagerEmployment Status:Full Time (Exempt)Position Summary:KPB Architects is currently seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to operate the firm's marketing and business development efforts. In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain effective RFP/RFQ response processes to maximize new business creation. Develop and implement proposals, presentations, and qualification packages. Support external communications, including the firm website and social media accounts. Applicants should have at least five years of experience, preferably in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction field.Duties and Responsibilities:Research new RFQ/RFP opportunitiesCollaborate with leadership on go/no go project decisionsStrategize and develop RFQ/RFP responsesWrite content for RFQ/RFP responsesStrategize and develop outgoing contentFamiliar with public and private sector markets, including Department of Defense Agency solicitationsResearch and advise leadership on emerging markets and marketing strategies and opportunitiesLead awards and publication submissionsOversee and update firm website contentEdit, create, and upload phase II of our website development contentEdit, create, and upload website content to support overall firm communicationsOversee and update firm's social media content and lead social media campaign developmentParticipate in development and produce presentations for interviewsCoordinate and develop advertising and sponsorship communicationsMaintain marketing materials, including resumes and project descriptionsCoordinate project photosProvide opportunities and support for staff to engage in community/industry organizations/events as part of the business development planPerform other duties as assignedUpdate and maintain a project database/organization systemQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction fieldProficiency in Adobe Design SuiteExperience in Open Assets databaseProficiency with social media platforms, website content management, and email marketing preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with English and grammarAttention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionOrganized and capable of efficiently handling multiple projects and tasks, while maintaining a friendly, positive, and helpful demeanorAbility to interact with clients, consultants, and colleagues with professionalismSMPS member preferredBenefits:Fun and collaborative working environmentCompetitive wages based on experienceDiscretionary annual bonusPaid leavePaid holidaysCompany-paid health, dental, vision & life insurance plansSpouse / dependents covered at 50%Flexible spending account (FSA) and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA)401(k) plan with discretionary profit sharingContinuing professional education, dues & membershipsCommunity volunteer programsOpportunities for growthCompany-paid parkingEmployee eventsTo Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to info@kpbarchitects.com.#J-18808-Ljbffr
