About the Role
We are a growing healthcare reimbursement law firm seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to expand the firm's visibility, strengthen industry relationships, and create new business-development opportunities. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, organized self-starter who can identify opportunities, build relationships, coordinate events and sponsorships, and work directly with attorneys to turn ideas into meaningful business-development initiatives.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the firm's marketing and business-development program, work closely with attorneys and firm leadership, and help shape how the firm builds its reputation and relationships within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate enjoys finding opportunities rather than waiting for assignments, is comfortable managing multiple priorities independently, and brings strong judgment, organization, communication, and follow-through.

- Work directly with attorneys to establish goals, identify priority contacts, and prepare for industry events and engagements.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials, attorney biographies, practice descriptions, presentations, one-pagers, signage, and other collateral.
- Manage outside designers, printers, promotional-product vendors, and other marketing vendors.
- Maintain organized calendars and pipelines of opportunities, deadlines, events, and follow-up activities.
- Track business-development activity and results to identify the organizations and opportunities that generate meaningful relationships.
- Ensure marketing materials and activities comply with applicable attorney advertising and professional-responsibility requirements.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move projects forward with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Strong judgment and the ability to evaluate opportunities and make recommendations.
Preferences
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, healthcare law, reimbursement, regulatory matters, or another regulated industry.
