Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing & Business Development Manager role based in Houston, TX. The Marketing & Business Development Manager will develop and execute marketing and business development initiatives to grow the firm’s client relationships and market presence. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, coordinating events and sponsorships, and supporting attorneys with pitches, proposals, and presentations.
The role will also oversee digital marketing efforts, including website and social media management, develop thought leadership content and client communications, and track marketing metrics and ROI. The Manager will collaborate with firm leadership to identify growth opportunities, create strategic business development plans, manage vendors and budgets, and maintain consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications
  • Experience in legal or professional services marketing, including campaign strategy, branding, and positioning.
  • Background in business development activities such as lead generation, client relationship management, and proposal coordination.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including website content management, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to organize and manage events, sponsorships, and networking initiatives to enhance firm visibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create polished, client-facing materials.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including tracking marketing performance and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Prior law firm or professional services experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
