Position Title: Marketing Campaign Execution Lead Analyst
Location: Considering candidates who live within 50 miles (commutable distance) to out client's Corporate Offices in Evansville IN, Baltimore MD, Wilmington DE, Charlotte NC and Irving TX
Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement: Remote within the US
Pay Rate: $50.00 to $55.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements:
Core Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience with:Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Adobe Campaign v8
Experience building and managing:Customer journeys and workflows
Audience segmentation and targeting
Multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push)
Development & Personalization
Proficiency in:AMPscript
JavaScript
HTML/CSS
Experience creating dynamic and personalized content
Data & Integration
Ability to work with:Data ingestion and transformation processes
Schema configuration and event definition
Real-time customer profile activation
Experience collaborating with data engineering teams
Other Key Requirements
Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
Understanding of:Campaign performance metrics
Deliverability best practices
Data governance and privacy standards
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
Design and optimize customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer across email, SMS, and push
Build and manage workflows in Adobe Campaign v8, including data ingestion, targeting, and automation
Develop dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
Integrate campaign tools with data sources, configuring schemas and real-time events
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with deliverability and privacy standards
Note: This role requires the consultant to be available on call from 8:00am EST to 5:00pm EST.
