Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, focusing on event-triggered workflows and multi-channel orchestration across email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Develop and maintain Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard workflows, including data ingestion, enrichment, targeting logic, and automated delivery processes.
- Create dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AJO personalization blocks to ensure scalable and reusable components across campaigns.
- Collaborate with data engineering and marketing teams to integrate AJO with enterprise data sources, configure schemas, define events, and ensure accurate real-time profile activation.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot workflow failures, optimize delivery throughput, and ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and deliverability best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe v8.
- Availability on call from 8:00am EST to 5:00pm EST.
Preferences
- Experience with AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
