About this role The Marketing Campaign Manager will own campaign operations and execution across multiple areas of the business, including:Subscription marketingE-commerce marketingSeasonal initiativesPartnerships and promotionsThis person will act as the connective tissue between creative, growth, content, product, and leadership teams.What you'll do Campaign Planning & Execution Build and manage campaign and launch calendarsCoordinate cross-functional marketing initiativesBuild and launch campaigns across owned and operated channelsEnsure projects move on schedule and stakeholders stay alignedHelp turn strategic priorities into executable plansMarketing Operations Conduct quarterly planning meetings with business stakeholdersSpearhead campaign development with relevant stakeholdersOwn and maintain project management systemsBuild repeatable workflows, templates, and SOPsReporting & Communication Run recurring marketing meetings and follow-upsConduct post-hoc campaign analysis and apply to future ideas and execution.Help leadership maintain visibility into priorities and timelinesWhat Success Looks Like Campaigns launch on time without last-minute chaosTeam priorities stay aligned and visibleContent and marketing calendars become proactive instead of reactiveProjects move forward without leadership having to manage every detailThe marketing team becomes more scalable and operationally efficientQualifications You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Thrive in fast-paced environments with lots of moving piecesAre highly organized with strong attention to detailNatural take ownership and push projects forwardAre proactive instead of waiting for directionCan manage both strategy and executionCommunicate clearly and confidentlyEnjoy building systems and improving workflowsCan balance creative flexibility with operational disciplineExperience 2–5 years in marketing, campaign management, project management, or marketing operationsExperience managing multi-channel campaignsStrong understanding of marketing workflows and production timelinesFamiliarity with content, e-commerce, and growth marketing environmentsExperience with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Slack, etc.What we're looking for You are a self-starter who can lead the development and execution of video production obligations that align with creative and business needs.Someone who works well with a team to support and collaborate with colleagues.Someone who can wear multiple hats and has a clear vision of the ever-changing digital media landscape.A creative thinker who takes passion for their work through storytelling and detail & uses critical thinking to make strategic decisions.Understands social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their respective content formats.Willingness to build your own schedule and work on tasks.40+ hours a weekCandidate reports directly to the Director of Marketing.Candidate must be in Las Vegas, Nevada, or willing to relocate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
