We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionResponsibilities• Lead, develop and manage end to end relationship marketing campaign process for the enterprise to include developing and enhancing campaign management strategies.• Manage campaign process including writing creative briefs, coordination of campaign requests, set-up, testing, deployment and monitoring of all campaign delivery channels.• Create relevant reports and dashboards to include the development of quarterly and annual KPI's for continual CRM improvement and innovation.• Coordinate campaign implementation schedule to ensure campaigns are loaded on time and appropriate contact management strategies are in place.• Ensure all campaigns are reviewed and approved by the relevant business partners, have strong financial justification (ROI) and have embedded logic to measure effectiveness.• Oversee response reporting for campaigns and communicate results to key stakeholders and senior management.• Develops an integrated data strategy for optimum database marketing efforts aligned to overall campaign effectiveness.• Creates campaign design and implementation strategies, including list segmentation, email marketing best practices research and consultation on rental or purchase of lists, campaign logic, data sources, reporting and analysis.• Builds campaign logic to support complex list segmentation projects using SAS Marketing Automation products and solutions• Collaborates with Manager, Consumer Segmentation to create/refine customer segmentation schemes, perform attrition modeling, and estimating customer lifetime value.• Work with cross functional teams within sales and marketing to develop customer journey and requisite contact strategies.• Create Social CRM strategy and integrate social media channels into campaign tactics as appropriate.• Researches, processes and stages customers and prospects into sales force automation tool with a high level of accuracy.• Provides superior customer service to our internal clients and external suppliers.• Supervise, develop and mentor Campaign Analyst and other members of the team as the team is developed.• Measure campaign performance and identify levers for improvement – design and analyze relevant reports, A/B testing and evaluate performance across various marketing channels to identify opportunities to optimize ROI• Safeguard consumer data in compliance with company guideline and HIPAA standards.• Perform ad hoc reporting and analyses as necessary• Leads high-profile cross divisional projects as requiredEducation/Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline. M.B.A. degree or equivalent preferred.• 5-7 years of direct marketing campaign management experience in financial services, consumer products or retail industries. Health Insurance industry experience a definite plus.• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with analytics and data mining in a professional (non-educational) environment.• Prior experience working with both SAS Marketing Automation and SAS Marketing Optimization tool sets (up to and including version 5.3) preferred.• Knowledge/experience in Siebel a plusKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Proven ability to leverage customer segmentation strategies to drive growth through acquisition and retention campaigns• Demonstrated skill in conceptualizing creative solutions, as well as documenting them and presenting/selling them to senior management• Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations• Solid project management skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding• Superior negotiation, facilitation, and customer service skills
