Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns from strategy to deployment.
• Build, test, and launch email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Optimize campaign performance through segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, Content, Engineering, and IT.
• Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions to improve effectiveness.
• Drive automation initiatives across the customer journey to scale marketing efforts.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing marketing environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of email marketing principles and campaign lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
