Key responsibilities include interacting with managers and partners to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems or to develop significant process enhancements. Job expectations include translating business needs into technical requirements for supported platforms, working independently with direction.Responsible for delivery of tactical plans to achieve goals through coding and/or metadata management, support and technical direction for platforms and operations, and providing input to marketing offer design in associate and digital channels.This role supports the delivery of marketing campaigns in the Offers Management/Insights Engine platforms across all products in associate & digital channels.
