Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a creative and communication-focused Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist to support outreach, client relationships, and business growth through digital marketing and engagement activities. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing client outreach and engagement activities
• Create and share digital content designed to inform, inspire, and connect with prospective clients
• Support social media marketing and online community engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Respond professionally to inquiries and help guide individuals to appropriate information and resources
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication
• Assist with promoting services, destinations, experiences, and special opportunities
• Research audience interests, market trends, and potential content topics
• Support referral and relationship-building initiatives
• Help identify new opportunities for client outreach and business development
• Maintain consistent and professional communication across digital platforms
• Track engagement and outreach activity to help identify what is generating interest
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing marketing and professional development
