Marketing Communications Assistant – Entry Level

What You#39;ll Do

As a Communications Assistant, you#39;ll help support customer-facing communications, promotional activities, events, and community outreach initiatives.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assist with customer and community communications during promotional activities and events

• Welcome customers, guests, and event attendees with a friendly and professional approach

• Provide accurate information about programs, services, events, and promotional activities

• Assist with event registration, check-in, information tables, and demonstrations

• Help prepare informational materials, displays, presentations, and promotional materials

• Distribute approved promotional and informational materials

• Support team members with community outreach and engagement activities

• Communicate professionally with customers, attendees, community members, and team members

• Help create a welcoming and organized event environment

• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown as needed

• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities

• Follow established communication, customer service, and event procedures

• Complete additional administrative and support duties as assigned
