What You#39;ll Do
- Represent marketing campaigns and promotional programs at retail events and community activations
- Engage directly with customers and provide friendly, professional information about products, services, and promotions
- Support marketing communications, customer engagement, and promotional activities
- Assist with event setup, presentation materials, customer information, and daily event operations
- Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally to customers and event attendees
- Help build positive customer relationships and create a welcoming event experience
- Track event activity, customer interactions, inventory, and campaign materials
- Work closely with marketing and management teams to support campaign goals
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
- Learn marketing, communications, customer service, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on experience
What We#39;re Looking For
- No previous marketing experience required
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field is welcome
- Recent graduates and candidates with internship, volunteer, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customers and representing a company professionally
