Marketing Communications Assistant - Entry Level

Synergize is hiring! We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated Marketing Communications Assistants to join our growing event marketing and community outreach team.

No previous marketing experience required — paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations and community campaigns at live events.
• Engage with attendees and communicate campaign and program information.
• Support event marketing, brand promotion, community outreach, and public engagement.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and on-site activities.
• Work with a team to achieve campaign and outreach goals.
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development.
