This role is based in Birmingham, AL and operates within the Marketing function, supporting the Omnichannel Marketing team. The Marketing and Communications Manager plays a key role in shaping and amplifying Books-A-Million's brand presence across digital, in-store, and media channels. This position is highly visible and collaborative, contributing directly to brand storytelling, customer engagement, and retail growth initiatives.
Role Summary
The Marketing and Communications Manager drives brand voice and public presence by leading social media, public relations, and marketing campaigns. This role partners with internal teams, agencies, and community stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to build cultural relevance and engagement.
