Marketing Communications Manager – Medical

We are currently seeking candidates for a Marketing Communications Manager role with a leading global medical technology company located in Boston, MA. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering high-quality market engagement strategies, including branding, digital production, and global messaging. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of marketing communications experience.

This is a 6-month contract position paying between $40-$48/hour (depending on experience). This role is hybrid and requires 3 days per week on-site in Boston, MA, and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market engagement strategies spanning branding, awareness, SEO, and media.
  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards, corporate guidelines, and industry compliance.
  • Lead global brand messaging across collateral and digital content
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for digital and print materials
  • Support tradeshow, events, and sales teams with meeting and event execution
  • Evaluate and optimize digital assets, websites, and tools, including CRM and DAM systems
  • Manage external vendor relationships in alignment with communication plans
  • Track KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of marketing communications experience in medical device, life sciences, or healthcare
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet (required) and familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Brandfolder
  • Strong project management, copy review, and global delivery experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail
