Marketing Communications Manager – Medical

We are currently seeking candidates for a Marketing Communications Manager role with a leading global medical technology company located in Boston, MA. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering high-quality market engagement strategies, including branding, digital production, and global messaging. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of marketing communications experience.

This is a 6-month contract position paying between $40-$48/hour (depending on experience). This role is hybrid and requires 3 days per week on-site in Boston, MA, and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute market engagement strategies spanning branding, awareness, SEO, and media.
Ensure all materials align with brand standards, corporate guidelines, and industry compliance.
Lead global brand messaging across collateral and digital content
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for digital and print materials
Support tradeshow, events, and sales teams with meeting and event execution
Evaluate and optimize digital assets, websites, and tools, including CRM and DAM systems
Manage external vendor relationships in alignment with communication plans
Track KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5–7+ years of marketing communications experience in medical device, life sciences, or healthcare
Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
Proficiency in Smartsheet (required) and familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Brandfolder
Strong project management, copy review, and global delivery experience
Excellent written/verbal communication and attention to detail
