Job title: Marketing Manager
Duration: 12 months with possible extension 
Location: Richmond, VA- Hybrid 
Rate: $40-$45/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy or marketing planning
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• 2 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Talent Marketing, or Recruitment Marketing
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in account management
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience working within a Fortune 500 company

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the translation of business objectives, audience insights, and market trends into cohesive go-to-market strategies
• Leverage experience across marketing channels to execute data-backed strategies that drive results
• Build effective relationships with peers, partners, and leaders
• Drive projects from intent to action by collaborating with diverse resources
