We bring you tomorrows opportunity today.Volt is immediately hiring a Marketing Communications Representative in Wilmington DE 19808 Fully Remote.As a Marketing Communications Representative you willResponsibilities Partner with the marketing communications marcom specialist to execute marketing communication strategies for assigned product lines and market segments. Translate strategy into clear communication tactics messaging and actionable next steps. Coordinate small projects and schedules-managing timelines approvals and deliverables across stakeholders. Contribute to the development and execution of an integrated marketing communications plan. Recommend and support a marketing channel mix across digital social media eventstrade shows publications and sales enablement tools. Support event and trade show communications including coordination of materials and timelines. Prepare presentation materials and reporting updates on campaign plans progress and results. Coordinate with external vendors to develop refine and deliver campaign assets on time and to quality standards. Resolve routine issues and escalate as needed working with broadly defined objectives and supportive supervision.This is afull-time contractopportunity.The ideal candidate will haveRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in marketing 1 year of relevant experience supporting marketing communications campaigns or integrated marketing programs internship or part-time experience acceptable. Ability to translate marketing communication strategy into clear tactics messaging and day-to-day execution plans. Strong project coordination skills including managing small projects schedules deadlines and follow-ups with multiple stakeholders. Working knowledge of marketing channels and deliverables including digital marketing social media eventstrade shows publications and sales enablement tools. Comfort coordinating with external vendors to develop and deliver campaign assets able to manage revisions and timelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and quality. Willingness and ability to travel up to 10 as needed e.g. for events trade shows or team meetings.
