Marketing Communications

JSG is recruiting for a Marketing Communications Specialist, where your creative talent and organizational skills will directly impact the success of leading protective apparel brands. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support innovative marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams to develop compelling content, coordinate projects, and enhance brand visibility. Your expertise will contribute to critical campaigns, trade show activities, and digital marketing efforts, ensuring our message resonates loud and clear with target audiences.

Pay $25/hour

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field
• Strong management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience coordinating with external agencies and vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Copywriting experience
• Self-motivated with a reliable work ethic

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with website content management and digital marketing tools
• Video and product photoshoot content creation
• Knowledge of sales enablement platforms like MediaValet, Showpad, or Resource Center

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Prior experience in marketing communications or related roles
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel approximately 5-10%
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Richmond, VA, or surrounding areas
• Prior experience supporting trade shows and promotional events
