    Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.

    • Serve as a pharmacy marketing SME to effectively align communications with corporate, brand and regulatory requirements, and manage team's day-to-day operational communications and fulfilment of marketing communications or digital support requests

    • Lead the work connected with pharmacy annual marketing and operational communications deliverables (including annual or mid-year product cycle changes, ad hoc benefits changes, Medicare Annual Enrollment Period communications and 1/1 readiness deliverables) for various LOBs

    • Manage annual planned or ad hoc client marketing communication and digital requests to ensure successful implementation by following up on client submissions that are off track, (re)prioritizing requests due to change controls and creating mitigation plans when issues arise
