    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and creative Marketing Communication Specialist to drive engaging campaigns and content that connect with our customers worldwide. In this role, you will manage diverse marketing initiatives from digital advertising and social media to trade shows and product launches while leveraging your design expertise to create visually stunning materials that align with our brand.

    Essential Functions

    Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

    • Collaborate with global teams to maintain and optimize website content, SEO/PPC campaigns, and digital assets
    • Develop and execute ROI-driven digital campaigns in partnership with the Marketing Manager

    Content Creation & Design

    • Create compelling marketing collateral, advertisements, and sales materials using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Design and manage layouts for brochures, trade show graphics, and digital publications that meet corporate brand standards

    Social Media & Email Marketing

    • Plan, schedule, and analyze social media campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact or equivalent

    Event & Trade Show Management

    • Coordinate trade show logistics, booth design, messaging, and post-event performance analysis

    Advertising & Brand Management

    • Manage advertising schedules and placements across multiple channels
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

    Project Management & Reporting

    • Oversee multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to deadlines and ROI reporting
    • Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external creative partners

    Perform general duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires.

    Required Skills

    Education & Experience

    • Associate's degree or 4 years experience in digital marketing
    • B2B marketing experience required
    • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, SEO/PPC advertising, and general marketing required

    Technical Skills

    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Photoshop and Illustrator required)
    • Familiarity with web content management systems (Sitecore, WordPress or CMS Made Simple), analytics, and online advertising programs is preferred
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel and Project experience is required

    Additional Requirements

    • Ability to create high-quality, brand-compliant content for multiple platforms
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for technical and creative materials
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer visits and industry trade shows
