Marketing & Communications Specialist - Nampa

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

This team member will research, plan, write, design and execute communication and marketing initiatives within the corporate brand and tone to internal audiences (providers and employees) and external audiences (patients, stakeholders, partners, and the community.)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The following minimum qualifications are required for this position. All required education, licensure, certifications, registrations, and other job specific credentials must be obtained and successfully verified prior to the employee's start date.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing (PR, Communications, Health Promotion, or related field) + 1 year of experience

OR

3 years of experience in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field in lieu of degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Sharepoint Certification
• Directed digital ad campaigns and social media boosting (Meta, Constant Contact, etc.) experience
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva, or other design software
• Solid track record of social media planning, design and posting
• Experience updating content on website
• Familiarity with health literacy and information hierarchy
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Video/Audio recording and editing
