Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist for a respected educational organization in Yuma, Arizona. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting student enrollment growth, community outreach initiatives, marketing campaigns, and brand awareness efforts while serving as a key representative of the organization within the local community.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting enrollment growth through strategic marketing, community outreach, relationship building, and promotional initiatives. This role will coordinate marketing campaigns, attend community events, support student recruitment efforts, and strengthen the organization's visibility throughout the community while building meaningful relationships with prospective families and community stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing and enrollment initiatives designed to increase community awareness and student enrollment
  • Create and manage marketing materials, promotional campaigns, social media content, and digital communications
  • Support enrollment efforts through outreach, relationship building, and engagement with prospective families
  • Attend community events, recruitment activities, and outreach opportunities as a representative of the organization
  • Build and maintain relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders
  • Support branding, communication, and community engagement initiatives across multiple channels

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing, communications, enrollment, outreach, education, sales, or a related field preferred
  • Experience managing social media platforms and marketing initiatives
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
