Perspire Sauna Studio is looking for an outgoing, creative, and results-driven
Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to grow our local presence through grassroots marketing, community events, partnerships, and B2B outreach.
This is a
part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance, business growth, and results.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, apartments, wellness providers, corporate offices, and community organizations.
- Develop B2B partnerships, referral relationships, and corporate wellness opportunities.
- Research, secure, and attend community events, health fairs, fitness events, and local activations.
- Coordinate tabling opportunities and community outreach.
- Conduct grassroots marketing throughout the surrounding community.
- Generate new leads and help turn outreach into booked first visits.
- Maintain existing partnerships while consistently developing new ones.
- Track outreach activity, partnerships, events, leads, appointments booked, and resulting sales.
- Collaborate with studio leadership on local promotions and growth opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For

- Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working toward measurable outreach and lead-generation goals.
- Available for occasional evening and weekend events.
Experience in
marketing, sales, events, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or business development is a plus.

build the role through results. As our community presence, partnerships, lead generation, and business continue to grow, there is an opportunity for this position to expand into a full-time role.
