The Marketing Client Communications Associate is an early-career individual contributor responsible for supporting the execution of client, broker/consultant, and sales communications across multiple channels. This role works closely with senior communications and marketing partners to help deliver clear, timely, and accurate messaging that supports client engagement, operational awareness, and business priorities. The Associate plays a hands-on role in content development, coordination, scheduling, and distribution, while gaining exposure to editorial planning, segmentation, analytics, and regulated communications in a complex environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of client, broker/consultant, and sales communications across email, digital, and print channels.
- Assist with the development, formatting, and distribution of recurring communications, including newsletters, updates, and announcements.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly communication vehicles (e.g., Edge series, client newsletters) by drafting content, coordinating inputs, and managing production timelines.
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Underwriting, Product) to gather information and ensure content accuracy and completeness.
- Help coordinate client letters, emails, and mailings, including routing for review, compliance approval, and final distribution.
- Support renewal and operational communications by assisting with content preparation, proofing, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain content calendars, distribution lists, and documentation to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
- Assist with basic reporting on communication performance (open rates, engagement metrics) and help compile insights for senior team members.
- Ensure communications follow brand guidelines, legal/regulatory standards, and internal governance processes.
- Provide general administrative and project support to senior communications leads as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, content development, or a related role; exposure to B2B or regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate information from subject matter experts into clear, audience-appropriate content with guidance.
- Familiarity with email platforms, content management systems, or digital communication tools; willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on content to meet quality and compliance standards.

This role is designated as a role that fits into the "Hybrid" model. While associates may work remotely on our designated remote days, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.
