What does the team make-up look like how many members and what is the break-down of the team s skill sets? The DT Marketing Team is made up of Market Insights, Upstream Marketing, Downstream Marketing, and the Studio CoE team. This role will support execution of our Admin Value Workstream and also help drive the Innovation Incubator Program (which involves extensive partnership with key hospitals and KOLs to generate new evidence for value propositions tailored to Admins). The Admin Value Working group (which this role will be a part of) is made up of cross-functional partners from Med Affairs, HEPR, Marketing, Clinical and Legal. Overall, we are looking for strong talent with product management, clinical, and KOL experience.


Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Innovation Manager to lead the go-to-market execution and evidence capture of a digital surgical platform, with a strong emphasis on clinical marketing, field enablement, and evidence-based messaging. This hybrid role bridges field marketing and evidence strategy, ensuring the platform s clinical value is clearly communicated and delivered through compliant, high-impact tools and campaigns.
You ll partner with global and regional teams to shape launch readiness, surgeon engagement, and post-market adoption, while overseeing the translation of clinical data into differentiated, substantiated claims. You will also manage support regional engagement, content development and claims documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Evidence & Claims Strategy
Capture standardized metrics across accounts critical site objectives and act as primary liaison between cross functional teams to ensure Innovation Incubator sites are accurately set-up pre, post, and during time
Partner with pilot sites and KOLs to capture feedback and evolve engagement strategies
Translate clinical and real-world data into compliant, globally-aligned marketing claims
Lead development of claims matrix, value messaging, and medical/legal/regulatory review
Collaborate with Clinical Affairs to identify and address evidence gaps
Launch & Field Marketing Execution
Lead cross-functional launch planning with commercial, clinical, and regional teams
Drive collateral submission into formal Regulated Review Process and ensure branding and messaging align with execution
Develop surgeon-facing positioning, messaging, and clinical engagement content
Equip field teams with localized training tools, case videos, and procedural materials
Guide podium strategy, publications, and the integration of data into marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
5 8 years in medical device marketing or commercial execution, ideally in surgical or digital health
Experience in launch planning, sales enablement, or field marketing
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and stakeholder dynamics
Skilled in developing messaging, tools, and training for commercial teams
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage timelines in a matrixed org

What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 9-5 but with heavy collaboration with those in Western Europe
