We are hiring a Part-Time Marketing & Content Creation Intern beginning in August for an initial 8-10 week internship period, with the potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in marketing, content creation, social media, branding, and business communications. You will gain real-world experience by helping create content that supports company growth while working alongside leadership and internal teams.

Schedule:

• Part-time: around 15 - 20 hours per week
• Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-2:30 PM
• August start date
• Initial internship duration of 8-10 weeks with potential for continued employment based on performance
• Overtime requires General Manager approval

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role

This role combines creative content development with practical marketing support. You will capture photos and video in both office and field environments, help create marketing materials, support campaigns, and assist in communicating the company''s brand across multiple channels.

You''ll work on content that highlights projects, company culture, customer experiences, promotions, and day-to-day operations while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Responsibilities include creating photo and video content, developing flyers and branded materials, supporting customer communication initiatives, assisting with campaign execution, collaborating with internal teams, helping coordinate marketing projects, and occasionally supporting customer outreach or phone activity tied to promotions and scheduling needs.

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working both in office and field environments
• Valid driver''s license and ability to operate a company vehicle for content capture
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous content creation, social media, marketing, or communications experience
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
• Photography or video editing experience
• Customer service or phone experience
• Interest or experience in home services, HVAC, or related industries
