Job Summary
The Marketing & Content Specialist supports Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries mission by developing, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role produces engaging content for social media, digital platforms, print collateral, and promotional campaigns while also assisting with events, retail branding, and other marketing projects. The position reports to the Marketing & PR Director and works collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure consistent, mission-driven messaging and cohesive brand representation.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or Public Relations required; minimum of two years of experience in social media management and content creation; or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
