Are you a creative communicator ready to make your mark in the engineering and environmental consulting world? Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Abingdon, Maryland. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with strong writing, organizational, and graphic design skills.

Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate proposals, SOQs, qualification packages, and RFP/RFQ responses, including SF-330 and SF-255 documentation
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Support website updates, social media coordination, e-blasts, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Maintain marketing databases, project experience information, and SharePoint resources
  • Coordinate trade shows, conferences, client events, and recruiting materials
  • Monitor procurement opportunities and assist with prequalification/vendor submissions
  • Collaborate with technical staff and project managers to gather project information and maintain brand consistency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

These are a PLUS:

  • Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite, CRM software, or digital marketing tools
  • Graphic design, photograph, or video production experience
