Marketing Coordinator

Divergent Alliance is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications from our Algonquin, Illinois office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional. The position is part-time with potential to grow into a full-time role.

Pay Range: $22- $30/hr 20 to 25 hours per week

\n

\n

\n

RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

•   Manage and grow company social media presence, with an emphasis on LinkedIn

\n

•   Create content including photography, project features and employee spotlights

\n

•   Support website updates and content maintenance

\n

•   Maintain a library of project profiles and marketing materials

\n

•   Support recruitment marketing and employer branding content

\n

•   Assist with email campaigns and customer communications

\n

•   Track and report on marketing metrics and engagement

\n

\n

QUALIFICATIONS

\n

•   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience

\n

•   Strong writing and editing skills

\n

•   Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools

\n

•   Photography or video experience a plus

\n

•   Willingness to visit jobsites to capture content

\n

•   Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
