We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support execution of regional marketing initiatives across the Americas, primarily the U.S. This role translates global strategies into impactful campaigns, events, and communications. You will work in a matrix environment, partnering with sales, product,and regional teams to ensure consistent branding and efficient marketing operations. Ideal candidates have experience in industrial or automation-focused B2B environments and thrive in hybrid, fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute B2B campaigns across digital marketing channels, events, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, regional stakeholders)
  • Support trade shows and events including logistics and post-event follow-up
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, and content assets
  • Manage CRM systems and support marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua)
  • Maintain Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and collaboration tools
  • Track campaign performance using marketing analytics and prepare reports
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and compliance with brand guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-5 years of B2B marketing or marketing operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automation marketing preferred
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and campaign reporting
  • Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus
  • Ability to work hybrid near Alpharetta, GA
