About Twosome Place
Twosome Place is Korea's leading premium dessert café brand, known for its signature whole cakes, seasonal beverages, and elevated café experience. We are expanding into the US market with our first location opening in the DMV area later this year.About the Role
We're looking for a bilingual, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the on-the-ground execution of Twosome Place's US launch. You'll work closely with our Korea HQ marketing team and local agencies to bring campaigns, content, and activations to life — from grand opening through seasonal LTO launches.What You'll Do
Marketing Operations
Support local marketing calendar management and budget tracking
Prepare HQ-facing execution updates and performance reports
Monitor market trends and compile customer and sales insights
Social Media & Influencer
Assist in managing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels
Coordinate with PR, influencer, and digital agencies on deliverables and timelines
Support content planning, asset management, and campaign tracking
Campaign & LTO Execution
Help plan and execute seasonal campaigns and new product launches
Assist with localizing product concepts and communication materials
Track campaign performance and compile post-launch summaries
Store Launch & Events
Support grand opening marketing coordination
Help manage event logistics, promotional materials, and influencer schedules
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Fluent in Korean and English (required)
2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, PR, or F&B/retail
Familiarity with U.S. social media platforms and influencer landscape
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Based in or able to commute to the DMV area
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with Korean brand marketing or K-culture content
Existing network within the DMV food/lifestyle influencer community
Proficiency in Canva, Later, Notion, or similar tools
