Wanco Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator at our Arvada, CO production facility.
We're seeking a qualified, highly motivated marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with our marketing goals. This role presents an excellent ground-floor opportunity for an individual with a strong marketing mindset to join a successful, growing organization.
The marketing coordinator must be extremely detail-oriented and able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience as an organized multitasker who has successfully handled marketing communications for an organization, including advertising, branding, digital, and social media responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with the planning and execution of successful meetings, events, and trade shows
- Collaboration with marketing team to facilitate production of promotional presentations, literature, and trade show materials
- Managing inventory of marketing and sales support materials, including fulfillment of customer requests
- Assisting with customer visits to Wanco facilities and promotional activities for new products/services
- Assisting with design, implementation and tracking of successful marketing campaigns
- Contributing to development of digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns
- Managing research and analysis projects as needed
- Assisting with internal employee engagement initiatives

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Communications or related field
· 1-3 Years marketing experience

Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
·
Previous experience as a marketing and/or sales coordinator with knowledge of traditional and digital marketing platforms/tools
·
Design skills and/or previous experience with successful marketing content creation
· Trade show experience
· Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign and/or Illustrator skills a plus
· Photography and/or video experience -- another plus
Physical Requirements:
· This individual will work full-time and on-site in Arvada, Colorado.
· Mobility to work in a large factory setting with walking, lifting, standing, and sitting, while maintaining PPE requirements.
· Some local travel may be required.
Reporting: This position reports to the Marketing Manager.
Pay Scale: $25/hr to $28/hr (based on experience)
