Your Work Matters

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Marketing team by providing day-to-day coordination across brand, PR, and partnerships functions. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, this role ensures that projects, timelines, vendor relationships, and communications are organized and executed accurately. Responsibilities include maintaining key marketing calendars and trackers, managing billing and invoice workflows, coordinating partnership logistics, supporting PR trafficking and approvals, maintaining the overall Marketing SharePoint site, and facilitating clear communication between creative and cross-functional teams to keep work moving efficiently.

To be a successful candidate, you will bring strong organizational skills, a sharp attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning the inner workings of a fast-paced retail marketing environment. You’ll Be Successful With

  • 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role; relevant internship experience is welcomed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Workfront or Smartsheet a plus
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar intranet/content management platforms a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical, organized, and process-oriented
  • Clear and professional communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams, follow up, flag issues, and escalate appropriately
  • Adaptable to change in a fast-paced retail environment

Your Day Consists Of

Brand

  • Maintaining the Marketing Communications (MarComm) Calendar to keep the team aligned on upcoming campaigns, launches, and key dates
  • Keeping the Promotions & Events Tracker up to date by monitoring changes and ensuring visibility across cross-functional teams
  • Maintaining and refreshing brand-related presentations to reflect current messaging and brand standards
  • Supporting trademark and registration maintenance by coordinating with legal partners and external vendors as needed
  • Managing translation requests and partnering with translation vendors to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
  • Owning billing workflows by creating and submitting invoices for brand marketing activities
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration by communicating project statuses, timelines, and next steps with creative, legal, merchant, and operations teams
  • Owning and maintaining the Marketing SharePoint site to ensure content is current, well-organized, and accessible across the organization

Public Relations

  • Facilitating approval workflows for press releases by coordinating reviews and securing sign-off from key stakeholders and leadership
  • Managing purchase orders and invoice processing for the public relations agency
  • Maintaining and updating relevant SharePoint pages

Partnerships

  • Coordinating product logistics for partnership activations, including store pickups, deliveries, and vendor shipments
  • Managing ongoing communication related to product delivery, installation scheduling, and project completion
  • Ensuring installation compliance while serving as the communication bridge between key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing billing for partnership programs, including vendor setup, invoice creation, and invoice submission
  • Maintaining and updating relevant SharePoint pages

Working Conditions (travel & environment)

  • Limited travel required including air and car travel
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS

Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10–20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
