The Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Marketing team by providing day-to-day coordination across brand, PR, and partnerships functions. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, this role ensures that projects, timelines, vendor relationships, and communications are organized and executed accurately. Responsibilities include maintaining key marketing calendars and trackers, managing billing and invoice workflows, coordinating partnership logistics, supporting PR trafficking and approvals, maintaining the overall Marketing SharePoint site, and facilitating clear communication between creative and cross-functional teams to keep work moving efficiently.
To be a successful candidate, you will bring strong organizational skills, a sharp attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning the inner workings of a fast-paced retail marketing environment.
