OSEHInc. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be at the center of our business development efforts, leading the preparation of compelling proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing materials that help win work across a range of AEC project types. You will collaborate closely with project managers, principals, and technical staff to craft clear, persuasive submissions that reflect our firm's expertise and culture.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development of RFQ/RFP responses, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and interview presentationsCoordinate proposal schedules, compliance checklists, and internal review processes to meet deadlinesWrite, edit, and tailor project narratives, executive summaries, cover letters, and staff bios for each pursuitMaintain a library of marketing content, project descriptions, resumes, and photography for rapid deploymentTrack and monitor active and upcoming opportunities via CRM and public procurement portalsMarketing & BrandDevelop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, project sheets, award submittals, and case studiesManage and update the firm's website, LinkedIn presence, and other digital channels with current project work and newsSupport the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, sponsorships, and client entertainment activitiesCoordinate photography and drone shoots for project documentation and marketing useAssist with the firm's award submission program, identifying opportunities and managing timelinesBusiness Development SupportAssist principals and PMs with go/no-go analysis and strategic pursuit planningPrepare briefing materials for client meetings, interviews, and industry networking eventsResearch prospective clients, market sectors, and competitor activity to inform business development strategyRequirementsAssociate or bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.1-3 years or more of proposal coordination or marketing experience in an AEC or professional services firm.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for detailExperience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage individual tasks and meet project/proposal deadlines.Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently with minimal supervision#J-18808-Ljbffr
